- Strong background in programming (i.e JAVA, C++, Visual Basic, .net, VioceXML).
- Strong knowledge in SQL DB
- Strong Knowledge in Cisco Audium & Unified Application infrastructure i.e. WebSphere.
- Good Experience using infomaker reporting software

- Establish what reports will be generated & at what frequencies
- Produce Schedule reports for different level of users (L3 Engineers, Managers & Executives).
- Produce Ad Hoc Reports as & when required
- Extract reports from ticketing system & various network management tools
- Understand Exception based reporting
- Should be able to customize report formats on various tools sets to fit different levels of users.
- Audit & consolidate similar reports from different tool sets.
- Develop & customize required IPCC-Webview report required by Call Centre.
- Develop & Program necessary tools for automated report access.
- Design & Implement of IPCC Self Service
