Course Objective:
This course provides an introduction to fundamental technologies with details of latest happenings in the mobile telecommunications domain. Designed with the technical professional in mind, this course provides day-to-day examples with practical exposure.
What you will learn:
An introduction to 1G and 2G(GSM network), GSM, GPRS, UMTS, CDMA, Differences between GSM and CDMA,. Architectural difference between 3G and 2G with protocol stacks, Brief introduction of 3.5G and 4G, Symbian OS,BREW (introduction only).
Course Outline:
- Basic of Mobile Communication,
- 2G (GSM in depth and CDMA overview),
- 2.5G(GPRS In-depth and HSCSD, EDGE, EGPRS overview)
- 3G(UMTS, WCDMA)
- 3.5 G including HSDPA and 4G Introduction Only

Prerequisite:
B.E, B.Tech, BIT, MIT, BCA, BSC, MSC, PGDCA, MS, M.Tech, MCA & PHD.
Instructional Methods:
Lectures in Classroom, on PowerPoint slides, discussion, Questions & Answers. All participants will also receive a comprehensive course materials specially prepared by Ace Technologies, Training Division of Ace Softel Pvt. Ltd. Each section of the material covered by the tutor is followed by hands-on practical exercises for which worked examples of the solutions are typically provided.
